“This is another unique festival specially for “topknot” or “chignon”. Once upon a time one lady in this region started using this special type hair style (seems to be normal for me), since then around 70 ladies including these girls make a procession with “yukata”(an informal cotton kimono for the summer season)in the city on 19 Sept of her birthday.
